Ever Power Transmission Chain

Hollow Pin Chains Built Around Your Conveyor Interface

Configure hollow pin roller and stainless steel hollow pin chains for cross-rods, fixtures, product carriers and removable attachments. Start with documented chain geometry, then close the RFQ around load, environment, sprocket and attachment data.

Stainless Steel Hollow Pin Chains

Stainless steel hollow pin chains combine attachment-ready hollow pins with corrosion-resistant construction for humid, washdown-prone or chemically exposed machinery. The supplied catalogue includes multiple stainless hollow pin geometries.…

Product Advantages

Attachment Access

Pass cross-rods or purpose-designed fixtures through the pin opening to create removable carriers and tooling.

Conveyor Flexibility

Use single-pitch or double-pitch architectures according to speed, sprocket and carrier spacing requirements.

Material Options

Choose documented carbon-steel or stainless configurations and verify process chemistry and temperature in the RFQ.

Product Applications

Engineering focus is on packaging machinery, food-processing equipment, automated assembly, logistics transfer, product-carrier lines and other light conveyor systems where removable attachments are useful.

Operating Principle

A roller chain articulates around pin and bushing joints while the sprocket engages the rollers. With a hollow pin, the pin bore becomes an additional mechanical interface for cross-rods or attachments. That interface changes how loads reach the chain, so attachment bending, pair matching and alignment need to be reviewed with the chain dimensions.

Customization Options

Useful RFQ variables include chain length, attachment spacing, rod diameter, rod retention method, paired-strand centre distance, fixture drawing, stainless requirement and packaging/identification needs. No unverified material grade, coating or performance value is assumed.

Key Parameter Range

Family Documented Pitch Examples Use Decision
HP Series 12.70–25.40 mm Compact to larger single-pitch hollow-pin layouts
BS Pattern 12.70–19.05 mm examples Verify BS-style sprocket and width geometry
Double Pitch Stainless 31.75–50.80 mm examples Longer carrier spacing and lower articulation count

Selection Guide

  1. Identify pitch and sprocket geometry.
  2. Define cross-rod or attachment diameter and span.
  3. Calculate moving load and dynamic factors.
  4. State speed, starts, impacts and environmental exposure.
  5. Confirm material, lubrication and maintenance strategy.
  6. Review final drawing before production.

Replacement Identification

Send clear photos, chain markings, measured pitch, roller diameter, inner width, pin or hollow diameter, overall width and sprocket data. A chain selected only by a familiar model name can still mismatch the existing conveyor.
